Product Introduction
This machine can reach 40cpm up. Using mechanical cam transmission, cam conveying, with advanced control system, it makes the machine run flexibly & reduce mechanical impact. The forming of the wire handle is flat U shape hook & fold inside to make the wire handle not easy to come out and not pierce through pail body.
Locating by sensor & mechanical combined, it makes the hook insert more precisely. It uses V-shape bearing to correct the wire from wire feeding rollers to forming,making the changeover of wire more convenient. It has the break-point memory function, no need to take out the pails after troubleshooting, which can save time &labor. and make it more stable & firmed. This machine can be perfectly connected with the automatic production line for pails, to make it more efficient & safe.
