Shantou Shinyi Can-Making Machinery Co., Ltd. is located in Shantou city, Guangdong Province, China, and is a professional private enterprises for can-making machines’ development and sales. Our company was founded in 2000, and now has set up East Chine office in Changzhou, and North China office in Tianjin, to provide customers with faster, better service.
After years of unremitting efforts and technological innovation, Shinyi company has developed a variety of automatic series products for different cans, and obtained a number of invention patents. At present, we have successfully developed 45 cans/min pail production line, 40 cans/min square can production line, 60 cans/min small rectangular can production line, 60 cans/min small round can automatic ear welding machine, 60 cans/min small round can automatic plastic handle attaching machine, 40 cans/min pail automatic wire handle machine, 60 cans/min automatic plastic handle forming and ear welding machine and other relevant products. Our products have already reached the international advanced level, and are far beyond the domestic counterparts in the production speed, performance and degree of automation. Products are exported to Southeast Asia, Australia, Europe, South Africa and other countries and regions, and earn the favored public praises by the customers in domestic and abroad.
Technical research and development team overview
Since its establishment, Shinyi company has been committed to the construction of independent innovation capacity of enterprises, constantly absorb high-end talents in the industry, and organize core technical personnel to visit and study in Europe, America and other industrial developed regions. The research and development team consists of some core personnel from technical research department, electrical department, after-sales service department and production department. There are 13 team members, including 4 with college degree or above and 2 with bachelor degree or above. In recent years, our company has invested 15%-20% of its main revenue as research and development fund every year, which is dedicated for special use. New researched and developed products have been successively launched and serve various customer groups in the industry.
